Oil-free air path
Lubricating oil is kept outside the compressed-air path; whole-system air quality still needs evaluation at the point of use.

Centrifugal plant air
Overview
Centrifugal compressors are commonly considered for high-flow demand, long operating hours and relatively stable base loads. Real performance depends on the whole system: duty point, inlet conditions, cooling, controls and the way the plant manages demand.
Lubricating oil is kept outside the compressed-air path; whole-system air quality still needs evaluation at the point of use.
Compression stages and intercooling shape the operating characteristics of a centrifugal system.
Configuration must match flow, pressure and operating range—not simply a nominal power rating.
